Do Not Use SocialBee 1/3/2024 Update: The team reached out to me and gave my my refund, which I really appreciated. 12/20/2023 Not intuitive. The content created by the onboarding team and the social media pilot was very generic and showed it didn't really understand our business. Wayyy too much work to repurpose content. In addition, when I asked for my refund, they did not grant it. Instead they asked how they could improve. Complete bush league stuff here.

I haven't been able to login to my… I haven't been able to login to my account for 2 days. Sent an email to the company because I can't send a support ticket (need to be logged in for that). No response. In the meantime my account is autoposting old stuff to my social media accounts and I can't log in and change that because I can't get in to my account.

What a great company! What a great company! Renata and Julia have proven to be trustworthy, smart, caring and they do an excellent job with us. We tried other social media posting agencies before finding SocialBee and we had to cancel them because they were actually embarrassing our company. SocialBee has everything we were looking for. We wanted to approve our posts before they go out and they have a user friendly dashboard system for this. Most importantly, they make posts that are very good for us. We like the images they create with text and the strong call to actions. The service is excellent! They continue to learn more about our company and industry and the posts are becoming even more significant. Whenever we have questions, they get back to us fast. The feeling we get with SocialBee is that they want to do a brilliant job for us...and they do! We recommend them to other businesses we know.

Sold Platform & Great Customer Service Really solid platform and excellent customer service. We dealt with Ramon and he super understanding of our issues and was helpful in resolving them. This is one of the best products for social media management out there. Definitely recommended.
