GBNo one wants to give me a 12 month… No one wants to give me a 12 month quote. There is nothing to compare. I am looking for a home warranty for a real estate sale, and not a monthly rate. The buyer wants the seller to pay, and he will only pay at the closing.

She was very sensitive to my situation and was not pushy about anything. I really enjoyed my dealings with her and I HATE doing anything over the phone ! GBYou're service fees cover everything… You're service fees cover everything why do you charge for membership. Outrageous cost to cover your warranty plan.
