GBNo one wants to give me a 12 month… No one wants to give me a 12 month quote. There is nothing to compare. I am looking for a home warranty for a real estate sale, and not a monthly rate. The buyer wants the seller to pay, and he will only pay at the closing.

GBGood service They gave me 3 contacts, one called me and the other two I had to contact. There wasn't much contrast between the three; similar services for similar prices. It did, however; let me know that the company I currently have seems to be the best of the four, so I stayed with them instead of choosing another company. I liked the service but I think it would be better if the contacts you send were different from each other so you would have more of a basis to make a decision.

GBThe lady I talked with The lady I talked with , Gwindolyn, was soooo precious! She made me feel confident about the services and coverages. She explained in simple English so I understood. She was very sensitive to my situation and was not pushy about anything. I really enjoyed my dealings with her and I HATE doing anything over the phone !
