GBCard details get saved and get subcribed to automatic ordering Product as expected but realised a lot of people are complaining that they save card details and take orders without any prior notice. Fallen into same trap. They said customers need to give "minimmum 48 hour notice period for subscription cancellations ahead of next order processing date." It might be a good idea to send an email out to confirm automatic ordering 48 hours before. You order a product that may last months. The only communication you recieve is a order on the way email and a transaction notification from bank. But then it is too late to do anything. The website should clearly state that the card details are going to be saved and you are being subscribed to automatic ordering. I feel like this is purposely in place to make more sales and profit. It can easily be changed especially if you act on customer reviews.

GBHims dispenser clogged/ broken So my first bottle of hims, the spray portion got clogged and no longer works. This was after one week which is very unfortunate. I have been using the second bottle of hims and will try to transfer the spray portion over when finished but am unsure if the second bottle will become clogged. I think a replacement for the first bottle is reasonable

GBThey’re doing what they said they would… They’re doing what they said they would do and providing my medication conveniently and at a good price. My experience with the medication is mixed, but overall more positive than negative. I don’t like that I unknowingly was setup for auto ship orders. I had intended on getting used to the medication, checking for side effects and seeing how effective it was. I may need to try a different prescription at this point in my experience with the sildenafil, or up the dose to two pills. Aside from my experience with the medication, hims has been great.

GBSo far my overall experience has been…Very good except as stated above. So far my overall experience has been great, except when I needed a copy invoice (not a receipt) of my last shipment for my insurance, I was told you don't have one. Which caused me to pay out of pocket $156.00. So, to all be sure to keep your invoices, because they can’t and won’t per the recorded line be replaced.
