GBSo far my overall experience has been…Very good except as stated above. So far my overall experience has been great, except when I needed a copy invoice (not a receipt) of my last shipment for my insurance, I was told you don't have one. Which caused me to pay out of pocket $156.00. So, to all be sure to keep your invoices, because they can’t and won’t per the recorded line be replaced.

GBBroken Spray bottles Still too soon for me to know about product effectiveness, however I was pretty disappointed that BOTH sprayers on my spray bottles broke down. That makes the product really hard to apply. Not a complication I was expecting, but a pretty frustrating one...

GBAbsolutely love this service Absolutely love this service. Honestly these products have been used for many years but sadly you had to actually make an appointment with your physician face to face. Not the case anymore. I can have a virtual meeting with my physician and he gets right back to me quickly online (and stays in contact) every time. Professional and with the busy times! Highly recommend hims!

GBHard, hard, hard. But, no finish. The meds seem to solve the ED problem; However, I am still having problems “finishing”. It gets to the point where I just have to stop and realize it’s not going to happen. Other than that, no problems to report. It happens about every other attempt.

GBHims dispenser clogged/ broken So my first bottle of hims, the spray portion got clogged and no longer works. This was after one week which is very unfortunate. I have been using the second bottle of hims and will try to transfer the spray portion over when finished but am unsure if the second bottle will become clogged. I think a replacement for the first bottle is reasonable
