This company has no integrity I stand by my review and criticism. The company is not correct when they say they reviewed 70 to 80% of my work. They reviewed 10% at best. From the beginning I told them I was not satisfied. They did very little work on my book. It certainly was not worth $1000. I agreed to compromise with them for a refund of $500. That offer is off the table when I take them to court in NY. My contract with them is clear - they promise a full refund. Now they are saying that is not the case. SCAMMERS! This company has no integrity. Do not pay them any money. I signed a contract agreeing that I would get a refund if I was not satisfied. Their editing is terrible. I asked for a refund, not for the whole amount but just half. They ignored me. I didn't ask for the whole amount because they read about 40 pages. I think I was way too generous with them. In any event, don't waste your money with this company.
