What made my experience with Amazon…Outstanding What made my experience with Amazon Digital great, was the fact I felt important. From the first conversation till the last. I commend David for having the patience in dealing with a first time author. He never rushed me and the many occasions I texted him for help or advice, I had a follow up text or call. I came to Amazon Digital for help after dealing with another publisher. I was upset and in panic mode. But David and his manager took control of the situation I was in. They both stayed professional and calm doing the whole ordeal. I will always appreciate David he always answered my calls with an upbeat personality. Next time will be using Amazon Digital for all my publishing needs. My social media circle is pretty large. I guarantee I will be name dropping David's name and Amazon Digital. charged me $3,400 for two books but… charged me $3,400 for two books but after 5 months I received nothing. requested my money back on their 100% satisfaction policy and was told that I am a very uneducated man by David Harvey or whatever he calls himself.

Worst experience ever.. Worst experience ever... 9 weeks past the deadline, and the ultimate delivery is rejected by Amazon for formatting issues multiple times. The account executive has gone dark, and the phone number on the website says no longer in service.
