Zero response on wrong item Received the product in a reasonable time, but to my surprise it was the wrong one. I sent multiple emails in a span of a week without any response whatsoever. Not only the product I received was incorrect, but it was also cheaper than the one I requested. Without any answer in more than a week from them I am seriously doubting this is a legit company and this was not a mistake but a means to scam me! I am not recommending this company!

Extremely slow shipping Extremely slow shipping. Placed an order on February 8th and according to the tracking the package was handed over to USPS on 14th only. It's February 23rd and the package is still in the US UPDATE: was reached out by Hair Supply team and was told that something happened and the package returned back to the warehouse. It doesn't change the fact, however, that the package was only sent after 4 business day, while website states that all shipment are dispatched next business day. Having said that, the company is definitely willing to work towards a solution and they reached out to me fairly quickly.

Was sent a completely incorrect order… Was sent a completely incorrect order of minoxidil solution instead of the minoxidil foam I ordered (around a $50 difference in cost ). It took some time for hair supply to respond back to me and only after I made a complaint through paypal. I was then sent half my order of minoxidil foam, when I then had to complain again before I was sent the rest of my order. Overall a negative experience and way too much of a hassle.
