Never received product, no communication Ordered a product through this website over 3 months ago and never received it and never received any responses to multiple emails and messages. They have no means of communication besides a general info@ email and a Facebook page. I've reported and requested refund through PayPal and am reporting the seller wherever possible. I had previously (a couple years ago?) ordered something from what I thought was the same company without issue, but the current company appears to be a scam.

I had an averge experience with… I had an averge experience with hairsupply.ca.Nothing particular noteworthy about it. The product/service was just mediocore. They offered adquate solutions, but they didn't really stand out from the crowd. I can't say the customer servive was memorabble either. They replied to my emails quick, but there was nothing special about it. All in all, it was an aveage overall experience, nothing I'd go out of my way to recomend or repeat.

Extremely slow shipping Extremely slow shipping. Placed an order on February 8th and according to the tracking the package was handed over to USPS on 14th only. It's February 23rd and the package is still in the US UPDATE: was reached out by Hair Supply team and was told that something happened and the package returned back to the warehouse. It doesn't change the fact, however, that the package was only sent after 4 business day, while website states that all shipment are dispatched next business day. Having said that, the company is definitely willing to work towards a solution and they reached out to me fairly quickly.
