USSeem the answering service can’t get my… Seem the answering service can’t get my name correct. With each person I give my first and last name. Then I am call Mr. and my first name. Happened every time I call. The heating company has been out now several times and can’t fix the system they installed four months ago. The answering service seems to be passive aggressive. Might not use this company as the would give your company that hired them a bad impression. I had thought they were employees of the heating company annoyed because they couldn’t fix the system they put in. Might not hire Dexcomm.
