GBAgency 2.0, Coming soon Enterprises is a scam Agency. Avoid at all cost. I got easily fooled by the false claims on their website and the sugar-coated, soft-spoken tongue of the CEO Jonathan Chaupin who lured me into a bait-and-switch contract. As soon as we began to go deeper into the project, he started introducing new fees and almost tripled the initially agreed cost. The Agency is a scam organization, and they haven't had a million-dollar campaign since 2017, when the previous owner died. The new CEO is a sweet-talking marketing con artist who knows nothing about Crowdfunding. He has a reputation in the industry for being a predator who takes advantage of new founders who are ignorant about the crowdfunding process and eager to get their products out there. Stay away from this company and Jonathan for your good. There are more reputable companies out there that deliver better results at 1/3rd of the cost. Jonathan requests so much money in advance, wants a percentage of your earnings, and does not guarantee you any success. His campaigns average $35k in total Kickstarter pledges, and his upfront costs are usually around $50k. You will spend more than you receive in pledges working with these scammers. Take the time to investigate the projects on their website, and you will see that their success rate is below 10%. The moment you figure him out and try to walk away from the fraudulent contract, he throws all kinds of threats in your direction. It's better to be safe than sorry. Do not sign any contracts with scam Agency 2.0, which focuses on siphoning as much as they can upfront and care nothing for you or your campaign.

GBVery Poor Experience I was hired by Agency 2.0 as a freelance contractor to assist in graphic design and content creation. My contract began (via Upwork) on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 6:04 p.m. EST. At the time I was hired, I was informed that one of Agency 2.0's current projects -- an Indiegogo campaign for a soon-to-be-released product called SHELBY Destroyer Disc Blaster -- was extremely behind schedule and that a long list of graphic updates were still needed for the campaign's launch the following week (the launch date was Tuesday, June 29, 2021). I was told that I would "Save" the company with my quick graphic updates, as they were so far behind schedule. After a “billable” Zoom meeting (for which I was never paid), I agreed to assist the company with quick-turnaround graphic design work leading up to the Indiegogo campaign launch. I worked with Agency 2.0 over the following 5 days after my contract was made official on Upwork. My work during these days began on Friday, June 25, 2021 and consisted primarily of branding edits (updating fonts, styles, colors and other visual elements on graphics created for Indiegogo), but also included the creation of new graphics and various image editing tasks. During these days, the work was extremely unorganized, hectic and, in my opinion, indicative of little strategy, little planning and virtually no managerial foresight by the Agency 2.0 staff. Nonetheless, I proceeded on with the tasks and created dozens of graphics for the SHELBY Destroyer's Indiegogo page (these graphics are still live on the SHELBY Destoryer Indiegogo page at the time of this writing: August 25, 2021). I am used to working in fast-paced, hectic and 'crazy' environments in certain situations, so if this were the end of the story, it would be no issue at all. Sadly, though, the design requests from Agency 2.0 proceeded well beyond the June 29 launch date, despite no agreement, conversation or even a casual reference that my design services would be needed beyond the Indiegogo launch. Even still, I continued delivering graphics for Agency 2.0 for several days after the launch, but as hectic edits continued on, I eventually informed the staff that I would not be able to continue working in such a fast-paced and quick-turnaround manner. I have been working in graphic design for 12+ years, and have worked with some of the world's largest advertising agencies and in-house corporate teams; I do not agree to quick-turnaround projects very often, and I certainly avoid contracts that require this for extended periods of time. I began my work with Agency 2.0 with the understanding that I was helping them reach their launch date -- nothing for extended periods thereafter. Again, if this were the end of the story, things would be fine. However, when I informed the Agency 2.0 team that I would no longer be able to work with them -- after delivering dozens of original graphics, copy edits and image edits well beyond the discussed timeline -- I never received a response. Instead, my Upwork contract was abruptly cancelled and I received a series of rogue, resentful, inaccurate and, in my opinion, childish remarks from the company’s management staff. Sadly, my experience with Agency 2.0 was very, very negative from my personal standpoint as a contractor, but I also regret that I was involved with this company due to its blatant waste and disregard for the client's budget and spending. After seeing the agency's workflow leading up to the SHELBY Destroyer's Indiegogo launch, and the amount of unnecessary, billable design hours (my own designs, as well as dozens of other designs created by others before me) that transpired due to poor planning and inconsistent brand development on Agency 2.0's part, I cannot imagine how much time, talent and money was wasted.
