Wrong geographic area, wrong services , wrong content and it’s repetitive. don’t presume you will receive a refund. When , you will cancel and they will hound you to rejoin . I know , I did , nothing changes. Just more time and money . These reviews need to be seen to void more customers enduring the loss of time and money. The employees should audio record or write on paper what the customer wants and needs are. Bad company don't do much to help Been trying to cancel for about a year now and they will refuse my request and completely ignore of taking the next step to cancel my stuff with them. They don't do much to benefit you and you're business. They will call you almost everyday to harass you. Bad choice will never go with them again once I am cancel with them
