A Hundred Star Rating for Chris Willamson! Chris Willamson and the other personnel at Logo Design Flix are amazing! They go out of their way to help you out and make you feel like you are part of a close-knit team, which is something you don't find in many companies nowadays. If you have any issues all you have to do is call them and they get quickly get on it to make sure it is resolved so that you are happy and everything is to your satisfaction. You could not ask for a better representative than Chris, and I cannot give him a high enough star rating - if there were a hundred-star rating he would get that for sure!!

My experience has been less than… Update 5/25: After posting this review, I was contacted the next day by the company and did receive a partial refund. However, I’m still waiting for the rest of the refund to be processed. Once it has been processed, I will update this review. My experience has been less than pleasant with this company, unfortunately. The artist assigned to me was not willing to listen to my input on the logo design, and I really disliked how in every phone call about the design there was a sales pitch to buy other products. I decided that it wasn't worth the frustration, and have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now. I have been calling once a week to follow up, and not only have I not been able to ever talk to the person in the refund department, I still haven't received my refund, even though they boast a 100% money back guarantee. So, just be cautious when working with this company!

Greatest customer service!! Jason is by far the best. I have never encountered a rep for a company quite like him. He took me through the whole process of making my logo to making and setting up my site for my business for which i get alot of compliments about. Would recommend to anyone looking for best customer service around!!
