SCAMMERS This “company” is a scam they use an American as a seller but the truth is this people is not even in the states I have being waiting for months. And they have being asking for more payments to make my shop work. I unfortunately did pay 2 more times and they haven’t done anything. I finally asked for a refund and they told me your website can be ready in 10 minutes … then why you didn’t finished in 3 months ??? They are SCAMMERS and have being this for a long time. This is my second time leaving this review because they called me after the first time and they said I will not see my money until I deleted this so I did and anyways they never pay me. DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT TRUST THIS Company I’ve always been one to trust the process of making things right but I fell short this time. I’m going to blast this company in hopes it never happens to anyone else. I was robbed of $850 from a company who promised to build me a website and never did 😞 It’s been an ongoing issue for the last year and Bank of America also chose not to help me out due to timing of the fraudulent report. I contacted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to which also couldn’t help 😞 I contacted the Attorney General Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section and they also couldn’t help 😞 I’m at a loss of words except these words of BLASTING this company! Logo Design Flix aka Design Central Link/ DesignCentralInc took $850 from a mother of 4 trying her best to support herself and them. This is their contact info if anyone would like to help me get in contact with them to get my money back. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times and so has the Attorney General with NO response or return call! Maybe one of you can get in touch with these individuals. I am a force not to be reckoned with and will continue to keep fighting til I am reimbursed, no matter how long it takes. Jack Brown and his team did a fantastic… Jack Brown and his team did a fantastic job with designing my new website and helping me write its content efficiently in regard to the marketing and SEO aspects, while reflecting who I am as a concert pianist and piano teacher. Jack is very much on top of things, fast to react and respond adequately. He is the best project manager, and I keep him as my partner in marketing strategies. I highly recommend him to whoever wants to step up and lift his/her business to the nest level. The prices are really competitive.

I signed up with this Logo Design Flix… I signed up with this Logo Design Flix on December 10th 2020 for their Platinum design package. Part of that package includes business card design and 24 to 48 hour turn around. They have taken between 5 and 7 days to make the slightest changes whatsoever and here it is Feb. 4th 2021 and we still do not have our business cards. We made very little modifications and were not at all impressed with their creativity. I gave them two stars because they did come up with a logo that will work, not the greatest but we are trying to get a new business up and running so time is of the essence. I do not recommend using this company!

Jack and his team did a great job… Jack and his team did a great job helping me find a logo that worked incredibly well for my business. I had a couple of revisions and they were quick and expedient at delivering as promised. Disregard some of the comments that say this is a scam, while they are a little pushy on the selling at times, they deliver a great product.
