GBBad hair experience This is probably the worst hair I’ve ever had. I decided to try bossette hair again after a previous bad experience. This time was worse. I originally ordered an 18,20,22 bundle box. I received 2 18’s and 1 22. The hair tangles and naps up so bad. I am embarrassed any time I am out or at work.

GBI love how they have my hair available… I love how they have my hair available immediately for pick up the hair quality is fantastic. Good quality time fortunate thing is they never took it upon themselves to correct a past situation that could have made up for the situation, and they have been out of stock of certain items for a while now but overall the quality of product is good. The service could use some improvement though 😒.

GBThe turnaround time was good The turnaround time was good, I ordered a 12 14 and 16 and I had no idea that the hair is that short. I haven't got it installed yet hopefully, when I put some color on it it may loosen the curls to make it a little longer but I should have ordered longer inches if I knew it was going to be that short.
