GBBait and switch scam and unauthorized credit card charges We were pitched to receive a fixed amount of leads for $6,000 over 90 days. We agreed, signed a contract, and then during their onboarding process we were informed there would be additional costs for ad spend on top of the $6,000. We immediately invoiked our right to rescind within 3 business days of signing the contract, they refused to refund our money, so we disputed the charge with our financial institution and received the money back. Then 3 weeks later we get a call from a collection agency, who we informed we were not paying due to their bait and switch tactics. Then a week later Contractor Clinic illegally and without authorization attempted to process another $3,000 charge on our card.

GBSince we started working together Since we started working together, my company has experienced a huge boost in Leads and revenue. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. Nichole is very communicative and helpful.

GBSCAM! RUN! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS FALSIFIED! After a sales presentation via zoom and a follow up zoom call regarding online lead generation we decided to try their program. The next step was to give our credit card information and pay for the first month upfront which we did - before even onboarding or starting the program. Next was the onboarding call - on this call we found out that how much we were paying, how we were being billed, what the pricing should have been, and how the program works were completely and purposefully misslead to us. We told them we wanted to cancel our agreement and they fought us tooth and nail and were very aggressive in telling us we were not allowed to do so and tried scare tactics. Eventually they agreed but then did not actually refund our $2500 deposit they only refunded $800 and ignored us. Eventually after repeatedly contacting them they responded stating that they would not give us the rest of our money back even though we never even started using the program or their services and stated "we are not obligated to refund your payment as per the contract agreement (see below/attached) - however as a courtesy we were able to get you a pro-rated refund and a cancellation of the remaining balance due of $5,000.00 USD." Then threatened us. I am asking every dollar that they charged us be refunded.

GBCompany is a scam Company is a scam. You sign a contract with them with guarantee that when they can't do what they claim they can do after 90 days you get your money back. Well after 90 days when they can't get you quality leads they disappear and run with your money. You can't get in touch with them by email or phone even when they say they will refund you within 7-14 days. That was 45 days ago and still nothing. We have reached out to their support team and to the owner and no response. Don't give them a dime as you will never see any of it back ever again.

GBThis has been a terrible frustrating experience. SCAM LIKELY This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a marketing company - they promised 60 leads in 90 days for $2,500 a month for 3 months or your money back with their contract stating this was all the money you would owe. Then they wanted us to pay for facebook ads. Frustrating but ok. Then they delivered only 3 leads in 90 days, everyone assured me multiple times that we would get our money back if they did not deliver. Got an email from their support team today that said we were ineligible for a refund. We made all 3 payments and stayed with them for all 90 days. Borderline scam I will now have to contact my attorney to get my money back
