Then the second call never happened due to time zone differences, and computer issues. Then while on with Michael, who was so high he could barely string a sentence together, I decided not to do business with them and was told I would be receiving a full refund and that would take 24-48 hrs. They have ignored all communications and I have not received the refund or any return calls or emails.
