This has been a terrible frustrating experience. SCAM LIKELY This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a marketing company - they promised 60 leads in 90 days for $2,500 a month for 3 months or your money back with their contract stating this was all the money you would owe. Then they wanted us to pay for facebook ads. Frustrating but ok. Then they delivered only 3 leads in 90 days, everyone assured me multiple times that we would get our money back if they did not deliver. Got an email from their support team today that said we were ineligible for a refund. We made all 3 payments and stayed with them for all 90 days. Borderline scam I will now have to contact my attorney to get my money back

Spectacular Service I am so glad I chose to work with Contractor Clinic. Admittedly I was a bit skeptical at first after being burned in the past but their team has gone above and beyond for us! The money back guarantee definitely won me over, but the service has been so flawless we haven't even had to use it! If you're thinking about using them to generate qualified appointments you'd better stop thinking and get started before someone else grabs up your spot!

IT IS A SCAM IT IS A SCAM! Like so many other reviews, they guaranteed our company 60 appointments for $6,000 over the course of 3 months. It has now been 6 months, we have received only 8 appointments. In addition, the multiple $1,000's spent on Facebook ads/marketing were cookie cutter and practically nonexistent - I personally had to make posts to even have it look legitimate. When we asked for only $4,000 of the $5,200 owed to us via the contract (because we wanted to keep trying to trust them but felt uncomfortable with being that invested), they said they sent it. We waited the 10-14 business days, and then started trying to get information. My husband called and texted multiple times with no response, and when we did get a text from Jacob, it was "everything ok?" And "I'll call you back," and then if we missed the call, we never could get him again. Finally, we received an email stating a refund of $2,500 was being processed and to wait 10-14 days again. We did, and nothing happened. With false promises, no communication, and being lied to, this company has scammed our small business that we are working so hard to grow. We even met Jacob and his wife when in Las Vegas in June, and he PROMISED us personally that he would look over our account and convinced us he was honorable for the contract. We even told him that we would wait to ask for money back because we believed him. We are so disappointed and disgusted with how we've been treated and lied to the entire time. This company is a scam - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - you'll NEVER see it again. We are now pursuing legal action, collections, and possibly teaming up with others who have been scammed to file for a class action suit against this facade of a business.

Bait and switch scam and unauthorized credit card charges We were pitched to receive a fixed amount of leads for $6,000 over 90 days. We agreed, signed a contract, and then during their onboarding process we were informed there would be additional costs for ad spend on top of the $6,000. We immediately invoiked our right to rescind within 3 business days of signing the contract, they refused to refund our money, so we disputed the charge with our financial institution and received the money back. Then 3 weeks later we get a call from a collection agency, who we informed we were not paying due to their bait and switch tactics. Then a week later Contractor Clinic illegally and without authorization attempted to process another $3,000 charge on our card.
