Bait and switch scam and unauthorized credit card charges We were pitched to receive a fixed amount of leads for $6,000 over 90 days. We agreed, signed a contract, and then during their onboarding process we were informed there would be additional costs for ad spend on top of the $6,000. We immediately invoiked our right to rescind within 3 business days of signing the contract, they refused to refund our money, so we disputed the charge with our financial institution and received the money back. Then 3 weeks later we get a call from a collection agency, who we informed we were not paying due to their bait and switch tactics. Then a week later Contractor Clinic illegally and without authorization attempted to process another $3,000 charge on our card.

When I complained about the call quality being poor due to the connection and the appointment setter’s inability to communicate with our potential customers Micheal implied that I was being racist. I immediately canceled the service and requested a refund. Ever since my request the company keeps giving me the run around. I still have not received a refund.

Complete scam Complete scam! I was lied to on the first call with Kiara about the type of services that would be provided. Then the second call never happened due to time zone differences, and computer issues. Then while on with Michael, who was so high he could barely string a sentence together, I decided not to do business with them and was told I would be receiving a full refund and that would take 24-48 hrs. They have ignored all communications and I have not received the refund or any return calls or emails.
