GBUpdate on my dispute with your #1 SEO… Update on my dispute with your #1 SEO Shop Since I wrote the last review the yelling and bullying continued especially after Richard the floor manager saw my review on Trust Pilot Not only do they owe me for the website ($6500.00) that was still not working not to mention the content made no sense at all, they have has since DEC. I have been asking for actuals for the $500.00 a month for 5 months SEO. I have asked for actuals not a pie chart where are the blogs? , monthly business listings, and a number of other items on the list… the last call I had with Richard he threatened to use $500.00 from money they owe me to write bad reviews about me… I get a call from Peter who claims he is from a compliance dept separate from the SEO shop, so he says. He said he had no idea what was going on when he saw my review. I was told April 12 the refund would be in my account more lies… For Peter to look into this I had to pay $275.00 for them to look into my case…. I was told yesterday I was getting a refund for the website and did not fully disclose how much for the SEO but did admit the work was not done. This should be easy, but I was jerked around all week. No call today as I was promised so I called Peter he says the same thing I am in a meeting I will call you back in 30 minutes no call same B.S. I contacted the bank earlier this week and have claim numbers for every transaction. There is also the California Dept of consumer affairs, all of them can answer to them. I told them I am 67 years old maybe they think I will drop dead before they pay me back…. I have all weekend to write reviews…

CAFrustrating Experience It has been a frustrating episode dealing with YourSeoshop for the last 4 weeks. When I dealt with Melissa O Connor, after buying the branding package, in 2022, it was a smooth engagement where she took account of my views and eventually the final product was one my company was happy. I then bought a Social Media Marketing package and Melissa left midway through. I started dealing with James Salvatore. Given the nature of the business I was setting up, I asked James to hold off with the Social Media Marketing campaign until certain things were in place. Without my consent, YourSeoShop went ahead with the social media campaign, and not surprising, the social media pages did not garner any traction as it was uncoordinated. They maintain, they did the work so all the money paid cannot be refunded. At this point, I just want access to the accounts they created as they bear our company brands. I reached out to YourSeoShop including James in the last four weeks by email and so they can give me the credentials phone to no avail. The Support team personnel , Jason and Sam kept giving excuses every time ranging from “the managers will call you” to “our Social Media “ team will contact you soon and we will send you an email. As of today, I have incurred over $40 in long distance charges to get this addressed – at times being kept waiting before the phone is attended to or just the mere calling, back and forth. As of this week, calling their 1+ 661-378-9241 results in a voice message “ feature not available .. personal or enterprise license key required. Contact Administrator.” Currently stuck, and need to move on.

GBDon't waste your hard-earned money on… Don't waste your hard-earned money on this scam! I got my proposal on May 16, 2022, and it is January 10, 2023, and I've yet to see any results after paying thousands of dollars. Over four months ago, I asked for a refund, and Tim Hickson is supposed to get back to me, but I keep getting the same standard excuse that he's been out sick. Here is the last email I got responding to my refund request: "I have forwarded your request to the concerned authority; however, there are certain SOPs that we have to follow in that regard; the senior manager has to get in contact with you to get detailed feedback and report to compliance."
