New to the experience I'm new to the experience with the company and so far they offered to help me fix the errors in my website. I trust the company to deliver on its commitment to update my website. Let us move forward and see the blessing this brings.

Xpress Ranking is not a good company to… Xpress Ranking is not a good company to use for Seo. They made all of my rankings lower. This is a fraudulent company and the work is not good. I am a small company and they took advantage of my business. They are thieves taking from small businesses. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. They still owe me a refund. They harassed me for almost 2 years to get my business, then did not do the job promised. They keep changing their business names so they can't be tracked. As soon as I mentioned the refund, they disappeared. Kelly and John, shame on you for stealing from businesses. If they have a good review, it is definitely a fake review.

Bunch of spammers pretending they are in Texas Like the other recent reviews they are just spammers who are pretending to be in Texas, all the emails I have received from them come from India. I have told them multiple times to stop spamming, even on 3 zoom calls but they continue to do so. In fact I've had 2 calls with them 7 days apart! As one of the other reviews has stated they got my email address and then assumed that a website that contained the same name must be mine, clearly haven't got a clue. During the zoom calls "scott" and "robin" joined with really bad american accents, I could see from their surroundings that they are not based in the US and their really bad fake american accents were not fooling anyone. I guess the question you have to ask yourselves is do you want to deal with a company that constantly break the law (US Can Spam/EU GDPR Law) and appear to be so desperate for your business that they keep harrasing people that have told them they are not interested.

Xpress ranking did Fantastic Job Xpress ranking approached me for my website services regarding the SEO & Social media. One of their executives arranged a google meet with me and explain all the issues I am facing regarding my website services. After all discussions I have given them a green signal to proceed on my website to improve my current rankings. My Project manager is Grace and she done a fantastic job and helps me to get more hits on my website. Working with Grace is fantastic and easy to communicate and also she is available for my help anytime regarding the project. Highly Recommended!

Xpress Ranking are spammers They've spammed me in breach of multiple international anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM and PECR, etc. There's no way to unsubscribe on their email. This alone is in breach of CAN-SPAM. Their email says they are "a leading firm with a rich history of 10+ years". However, their domain was registered less than two years ago. They claim to be in Texas. However, the address on their site is used for virtual addresses (i.e. they are not located at the address they list) and I cannot find them in the Texas Taxable Entity Search. Looking at their LinkedIn account. They list six employees and all of these people are in India, with five of the six being in or near Delhi. This is interesting because there's also a LinkedIn profile for an 'Xpress Ranking', with the same logo, but in Delhi. I do not care where a company is based. However, I do care if they're not exactly open with the truth... Oh and they've also been banned from Reddit for spam! Update: 16th March 2024. In the ten days since I first received spam from Xpressranking, they have spammed me another FOUR TIMES. Like their first spam, none of these emails have any way of un-subscribing. I am now going to have to block their domain. I have copies of all of these emails I will happily share with Turstpilot to prove this is a genuine review of Xpressranking's business practices.
