Absolutely shocking Absolutely shocking. I can find exponentially better writers on Fiverr and Upwork for a fraction of the cost. I ended up writing the entire post myself due to the horrid quality of work I received.

Very Poor Experience Very Poor Experience - Not Great Client Support. I've worked with ER for over a year, and the quality and level of support has dramatically declined without any attempt at serious remediation. The software needs a major overhaul, and I know I have provided this feedback as have others. The writers I recently used were not at the level I requested, with the type of specific background I asked for. I actually had to hire an outside writer to amend the very poor work (3 articles).
