USBYER BE WARE!! BYER BE WARE!!! Snakes!! I have been with them for over 2 years. They made changes to my website over a year ago and did not have google index the changes causing my listing to fall way behind. When I finally caught it they were slow to respond. No real skin off their back they just blamed Google for the issue. Lies all lies. I don't believe a word that they say. There have been so many other issues but not worth the rant. Trust me I have been through it with them. My listing is still not where it should be and we are loosing traffic to our site every day. They say my listing is doing great....um....no it is not. Poor customer service. They cost me thousands in lost business. It takes them a long time to respond. I have been trying to cancel for days and the keep calling me to try to get me to stay. I keep telling them that I no longer want to do business with them. I am sure they will reply to this review with some standard AI generated response. Please regardless of how they choose to respond to my post...look for another company. Don't flush your money down the toilet with them. They are no a good company to work with at all.

AEThis is the most unorganized company… This is the most unorganized company you can have help you with your business websites! You ask for edits/updates things are half done. They don’t take the time to assist you with completing your request. I’m currently looking for another company! You should too! I don’t recommend

USTHERE ARE NOT MANY FIRMS THAT CAN BE TRUSTED! Unfortunately, I failed to look deeper into their background. Merely One In Many Of Their Ways To FOOL EVERYONE... They use employee ratings to get the percentages on their behalf. Observe every possible review base on line and feed the detail back to where it started as with their Employee's Ratings. Obviously, The Said Employee's want their employer to make money in order to pay them for more than merely living expenses... Open your eyes now folks, Reality has been here for my entire life and I hope that you realize the same for you and your family. I was speaking with a fellow while going downtown in our Nation's Capital and he spoke strongly about TownSquare Interactive and with my stupidity I merely took his opinion as if it were etched in marble on The Lincoln Memorial... It Was My Fault In The Fact That I Automatically Trusted TSI. Tough Shoot Ignorant is my name now... I phoned them up and spoke with seven differently individuals where as when I look back I should have hit myself with the so called brick then. They, now I realize had a 'little bit' more than I when it comes to Website expertise. My Observations after more than $3000 dollars and only two customers... respectfully I told them where to go and canceled the contract in April, a few days before the new billing cycle. I got no bill for May... CAN YOU GUESS WHAT TO PLACE IN JUNE¿? I GOT ANOTHER BILL... HHhhmmmm Financial Actions were taken, meaning that the company credit card service was called and blocked TSI. Legal Actions are the next step to be taken. It is clear that they have misrepresented their firm to me, as well as how it is clearly perceived as advertisement in Public Domain. Of course, this is My Opinion... Let everyone else think about it... Sincerely
