Andrew Figurelli is a fraud. Andrew Figurelli of Neon Blvd will abandon your project if you pay in advance and leave you with a site that does not fully function. BUYER BEWARE! Find someone else.

STAY AWAY! Hired Andrew Figurelli, the owner of Neon Blvd to develop a website. The project was slated to be completed within 45 days. After dragging the timeline to 8 months, it became apparent that he took on more than he handle and he simply pocketed the money and disappeared. Made numerous attempts to contact him, but he is ignoring. Will be filing a claim in small claims court. STAY AWAY and DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY.
