No Customer service here Their customer service doesn't respond to concerns addressed by email. My points were missing for games apps download and usage. But their reply email states we need to refer to the FAQ page which frankly doesn't solve specific issues.

They're taking advantage of you and you should boycott them until they give you what you deserve (they don't tell you how much they keep for themselves because otherwise nobody would yuse them). And it's the same for all the rewarding apps. They are taking advantage of you. DON'T be their slave, and stop using them.

I bet once all negative reviews are in majority, they start writing tons of positive reviews again so the average review gets back to 'overall good' again. Trustpilot needs to delete all these fake reviews! I completed roundabout 15 surveys (which is only worth 5 euro's, which is a very low reward and not worth of your time anyway!) so only because of that I wouldn't reccommend this site (other survey sites easily reward the double!) but even more important is that all points are pending. And looking at other people's reviews, they stay pending forever. So you can never redeem them. But actually I'm more angry at another site (who made a list of trustworthy recommended survey sites...) because that's why I thought this was a legit site in the first place, because it was listed as legit. Well it's not!

This app does not credit you the points earned to build up balance to cash out. That's probably why your here now because your already being ripped off. UNINSTALL THIS APP AND GET PAID ELSEWHERE.
