Of course I can request a refund through PayPal but it was such a waste of time. I got to know Andrew and the MobiASO team through one of my friends and my experience has been pretty pleasant here.

Not so sure if the last review was… Not so sure if the last review was written by a competitor. I've started buying reviews from Andrew since 2017 and so far so good. I can always see the reviews along with the installs and ratings. And I've tried to review an app without downloading it in advance (Android), an error showed up immediately that asked me to install the app first; and App Store does not even show the review section if I haven't downloaded the app. I know this is a challenging time for you but keep up the good work Andrew! Thanks for being a trustworthy partner 👍

Support is awful I have worked with this organization for about a year and have spent a significant amount of money with them. Since the inception of our relationship, I have had struggles with communication and getting what we need. As of late, I have reached out for over a month and they have not been responsive. When they finally reached out, they told me that they could no longer run our campaign because our request is to send them out in segments. We bought 200 reviews and we were never informed that they no longer could do this. Since then, I have been trying to reach out and get this resolved. I even mentioned that moving forward, we would purchase smaller batches and no response. Horrible service. If we do not get a response, we will have to dispute since we did not get what we paid for. seems started scamming people. Not responding at all after taking money. we had done work in the past. but seems not it's not trustworthy. keep your money safe from scam masters. Ok Now they contracted us on 15 JULY to deliver the service. AND To the surprise today on 21 july the flagged this review. NOTE : I'll update this review to positive if you deliver what's pending

Ratings provided within time They provided reviews with in time. I'll use the service again. Customer service was off for holidays that's why we received slow response. But they provided 20% extra services for this. I will recommend MobiASO.
