Spend your money elsewhere As another consumer, I placed an order, was charged 2 days later and now 3 weeks later still have not received my order. I called 3 times (once left a message and twice spoke with a third party rep - apparently they can't answer their own telephones and need to hire an outside company to field their calls), both of whom said they 'would relay my problem to the company' who would then contact me - right. I have heard nothing nor have I received my order. I tried e-mail as their website states they respond more quickly to e-mail, but again, no repsonse. I wish I had seen the other reviewers comments about this company, as I would not have ordered anything from them. Bottom line - their prices may be appealing, but what good is cheap if you never receive your order.

I had a generally o.k I had a generally o.k. experience with this e-commerce site. It wasn't quite excellent or exemplary, but it wasn't disapointing either. Althogh the website did provide a decent amount of customisation options, price-wise it seemed average. It was not too expensive or cheap, it was just "meh". I would say it was more or less a mediocre experience that didn't stand out from the rest. To conclude, this website is not frabulous, nor terrible, just averadge.

I Love this store! Very good experience. I will shop at pureandbeautiful.com again and again. My friend has shopped there many times and I decided to shop there (because she was happy and my stylist was away for holiday). The package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My shampoo was even gift wrapped! I later bought something for my mom at the last min. and I got it in time for her birthday! I am 100% happy with this store.
