Troy seemed great at first Troy seemed great at first, eager to work on updating our website. Starting as a small business we love supporting other small businesses and giving them the opportunity to grow. At first Troy was great with communication and fairly quick to show me things he had done that improved our web page. Last December (2022) he called me wanting to revamp the page so I gave him the green light with a few ideas, paid him and waited. His responses and communication started to slow down and he missed appointments to show me what he had done with no call or text. I gave him a lot of grace and was understanding with whatever excuse he had and then I just stopped hearing from him all together. The last time I called I left a message giving him one last opportunity to make things right and I have yet to hear back. I hope Troy figures out the right way to do business. There’s a good chance it will start out good and then he’ll scam you in the end, take your payment and run.

We were referred to this company from a friend who'd worked with them in the past. They were able to locate our domain, set up or emails and our new site is amazing.

They had an efficient process of gathering the information and other resources to construct a website that we are very happy with. They have continued to offer ongoing support and are knowledgeable and fast when we need help.
