Very Unprofessional Work and Service Not Completed I hired Auto Book Bots publisher, from New York City, in order to publish my book "Run to Where Nobody is Waiting". The work of that publisher has been very sloppy with a lot of mistakes and as the result a low quality book was published. Many, many times I have to repetitive correct the book manager, Troy Robinson, for his mistakes on formatting the book, layout adjustment, cover page design or pictures attached to the book. Unfortunately they never listen to what was trying to say. It ended up that I had to work for them instead them working for me who I paid to have to book published. Any time when his manager boss Max Lucas was calling me what he was looking for was more money under different ridiculous offers. Close to the end, the communications between me and those two individuals were almost nonexistent, both refusing to answer to my calls. They never completely finish their tasks promised to me like for instance, Knowledge Graph Task and Free Complimentary Books for Author. Right now I really want to get half of the money back just because the poor quality of the book published. In fact half of a star is my rating for Auto Book Bots publisher and for those two individuals, Troy Robinson and Max Luckas, for their poor knowledge and false attitude against me.
