Low, low quality but costs top dollar I bought my first wig from Godivas Secret Wigs after watching many of their videos. I trusted the mother daughter duo and made a purchase. I was really surprised by the awful quality after paying top dollar. As encouraged in the videos, I tried to work with it and so was no longer able to return it. I took it to a wig specialist who was able to make it somewhat wearable but the quality was awful. I have since shopped other wigs in the same price range and they are silky and don't tangle. Mine is always a mess and the top is matted and burnt looking. After leaving a negative review that they deserved, the customer service person was rude and shaming to me. Big newbie mistake buying from Godivas Secret Wigs. RUN!

After weeks of watching numerous videos… After weeks of watching numerous videos by Rochelle and Danielle of their fabulous wigs I decided to order the Cristi wig in silver stone..and I'm not at all disappointed. I have been wearing wigs for 20 years as a result of hereditary hair loss. I pay up to $2,000 Australian dollars for each one, I live in Sydney NSW. I am in my late 60's, but when I don a wig I feel years younger...who doesn't love dressing up! I will be ordering more, just want to make sure this one washes up well...I'm sure it will. Thankyou for your passion in helping us to look and feel confident.

Disappointed First time ordering a wig from Godiva's Secret Wigs. However, I have been watching the videos for 6 months before deciding to try one of the wigs. I ordered Dawn in medium color Ginger Brown. I was suprised in the subpar packing. Arrived in a cardboard USPS mailing box and the outside of the box felt slightly damp. Inside the box was the wig in a plastic bag. No hair net over the wig. I shook out the wig per instructions and placed on my head. Way too much hair on top of this wig. Looked nothing like the pictures in the videos. No layering through the top and the hair felt rough and greasy. I tried to finger style and a greasy residue was left on my hands. The color was pretty which is the only positive I can give. Also, the Velcro adjustment tabs inside the wig looked like this wig was tried on many times or worn and returned. I was very shocked at the poor quality of this wig and am returning immediately.

Can't see the join. Silver stone I have been wearing GSW toppers since the begining of the year. I have 3 Cristi, Curly Top and Bella top. I wear each as my hair length changes and have been complimented on my hair with each of them. I have always worried that people passing when I'm sitting down may be able to ' see the join' but yesterday I saw a photo taken in the pub by a person standing behind me giving a close up of the back of my head. Even I couldn't see where the topper ended and my hair began. I am even more confident in wearing them now. Thankyou ladies. Lesley Partner in the UK🇬🇧

I have been wearing wigs for over a… I have been wearing wigs for over a year now. I researched, watched reviews and shopped before I bought my first wig. I chose GSW for my first and was very impressed (Sabrina). I have ordered others since and not all were meant for me. The return policy was wonderful. I had no trouble at all. Thankful that these affordable wigs are available! I have since purchased wigs from other companies. Usually more expensive and the quality quite comparable. I appreciate Ro and Danielle and the videos they have made for us all. Very informative, very helpful. I don't understand the less than favorable reviews. Every wig that I have purchased has been very nice. They are all a little different. Again, most are very affordable. Basic caps. If you want a different quality, you should visit a store and try on wigs from different manufacturers. I get compliments on my wigs. People cannot tell they are synthetic. When I tell them, they are surprised. Would recommend GSW to anyone wanting a nice, affordable, lovely wig!
