Very disappointed Very disappointed. Given that the wig comes in a USPS box and a Ziploc bag, with their popped through tag, it does not rate the stars it gets. It was ill fitting and I am an experienced wig wearer. It was thick in some spots and thin in others. I wouldn't even wear it out to get the mail. It does not resemble in any way the wig shown on their site. I had ordered from them once before and the wig was just "ok." It was very thin and I could see the wefts through the back. I thought I would give them one more shot after a 20% off sale was offered, but I wouldn't even wear this if it was offered for free. Awful. I won't take another chance ordering hoping that the "third time will be the charm." Uh, un. I'm done. What you see is not what I got.

Poor quality for the price Loved the videos but found all of their products to be sub-par and overpriced for the quality. Much higher than what you find on other reputable wig sites. The worst quality was their topper. Looked like something you'd get from China on eBay for $5 and they sell that for $100+! The clips are too close to the front so if you have thinning hair there is no way to clip these on. I'm sure these ladies mean well but I've yet to get something decent from this company.

I believe this could be a hoax I believe this could be a hoax. I ordered a topper over a week ok and received a confirmation. When I asked about delivery timing they just responded as “soon”. Still can’t get answers as to when it will be shipped.

I have been wearing GSW for over a year… I have been wearing GSW for over a year now. I like their customer service , shipping is quick and the wigs do look like pictured on the website. But there is one flaw, all of the wigs really look the same. The wig cap is the same. It is comfortable but basically all of the wigs will give you the same look. This is why I cannot give them five stars. I love their accessories, especially the shampoo and conditioner.

Still Waiting For My Refund I returned a topper almost 3 weeks ago, and I still am waiting for the credit to be put back on my card. The tags and all original packaging were intact. Where is my refund???
