Low, low quality but costs top dollar I bought my first wig from Godivas Secret Wigs after watching many of their videos. I trusted the mother daughter duo and made a purchase. I was really surprised by the awful quality after paying top dollar. As encouraged in the videos, I tried to work with it and so was no longer able to return it. I took it to a wig specialist who was able to make it somewhat wearable but the quality was awful. I have since shopped other wigs in the same price range and they are silky and don't tangle. Mine is always a mess and the top is matted and burnt looking. After leaving a negative review that they deserved, the customer service person was rude and shaming to me. Big newbie mistake buying from Godivas Secret Wigs. RUN!

Very disappointed! Very disappointed!! After watching the videos, the quality of the wigs looked like human hair. The quality of the hair on the Veda wig for $299.00 was horrible. Fooled again by the misleading videos.

Not a good product Compared to a human hair long topper. Human hair is visibly realistic, not too shiny, you can run your fingers thru it. the silk topper has a small undetectable comfortable cap that clips to hair. Godiva synthetic is too shiny, has a huge thick cap area that cover total top of head and is very noticeable when wearing. And you cannot run fingers thru synthetic hair. It is a bit thicker, however.

I believe this could be a hoax I believe this could be a hoax. I ordered a topper over a week ok and received a confirmation. When I asked about delivery timing they just responded as “soon”. Still can’t get answers as to when it will be shipped.
