Low, low quality but costs top dollar I bought my first wig from Godivas Secret Wigs after watching many of their videos. I trusted the mother daughter duo and made a purchase. I was really surprised by the awful quality after paying top dollar. As encouraged in the videos, I tried to work with it and so was no longer able to return it. I took it to a wig specialist who was able to make it somewhat wearable but the quality was awful. I have since shopped other wigs in the same price range and they are silky and don't tangle. Mine is always a mess and the top is matted and burnt looking. After leaving a negative review that they deserved, the customer service person was rude and shaming to me. Big newbie mistake buying from Godivas Secret Wigs. RUN!

Can't see the join. Silver stone I have been wearing GSW toppers since the begining of the year. I have 3 Cristi, Curly Top and Bella top. I wear each as my hair length changes and have been complimented on my hair with each of them. I have always worried that people passing when I'm sitting down may be able to ' see the join' but yesterday I saw a photo taken in the pub by a person standing behind me giving a close up of the back of my head. Even I couldn't see where the topper ended and my hair began. I am even more confident in wearing them now. Thankyou ladies. Lesley Partner in the UK🇬🇧

Love the Toppers Been purchasing and wearing GSW’s since 2019. I love them - they are very real looking and comfortable. I wear the toppers. Love the customer service and prompt delivery. I take my pieces to the hair dresser for trims and thinning. Just love the quality and the product. They are beautiful!

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Given that the wig comes in a USPS box and a Ziploc bag, with their popped through tag, it does not rate the stars it gets. It was ill fitting and I am an experienced wig wearer. It was thick in some spots and thin in others. I wouldn't even wear it out to get the mail. It does not resemble in any way the wig shown on their site. I had ordered from them once before and the wig was just "ok." It was very thin and I could see the wefts through the back. I thought I would give them one more shot after a 20% off sale was offered, but I wouldn't even wear this if it was offered for free. Awful. I won't take another chance ordering hoping that the "third time will be the charm." Uh, un. I'm done. What you see is not what I got.

I believe this could be a hoax I believe this could be a hoax. I ordered a topper over a week ok and received a confirmation. When I asked about delivery timing they just responded as “soon”. Still can’t get answers as to when it will be shipped.
