BEWARE….DO YOUR RESEARCH! This company “white labels” their wigs. In other words, the labels inside of the wig are NOT showing the actual manufacturer of the wig. They are selling name brand wigs such as Amore, Noriko, Jon Renau, just to name a few, but giving these wigs a different name and selling them at top dollar. That way you can’t go online and look for a better deal. People who are new to the wig world would never know this unless they know the actual wigs GSW is featuring on their website. They don’t call it “Secret” wigs for nothing! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Have always been happy with GS wigs I have several GS wigs and am very pleased. I have Freedom in four colors and a few others. People are always surprised that I’m wearing a wig and many remarks that they look so natural. I wore freedom in silver stone when I went with a friend to a free dinner offering a way to get out of her time share. The man asked if I was her lawyer LOL! I’ve returned some wigs and had no problem with the process.

Very disappointed! Very disappointed!! After watching the videos, the quality of the wigs looked like human hair. The quality of the hair on the Veda wig for $299.00 was horrible. Fooled again by the misleading videos.

Very disappointed Very disappointed. Given that the wig comes in a USPS box and a Ziploc bag, with their popped through tag, it does not rate the stars it gets. It was ill fitting and I am an experienced wig wearer. It was thick in some spots and thin in others. I wouldn't even wear it out to get the mail. It does not resemble in any way the wig shown on their site. I had ordered from them once before and the wig was just "ok." It was very thin and I could see the wefts through the back. I thought I would give them one more shot after a 20% off sale was offered, but I wouldn't even wear this if it was offered for free. Awful. I won't take another chance ordering hoping that the "third time will be the charm." Uh, un. I'm done. What you see is not what I got.

Disappointed First time ordering a wig from Godiva's Secret Wigs. However, I have been watching the videos for 6 months before deciding to try one of the wigs. I ordered Dawn in medium color Ginger Brown. I was suprised in the subpar packing. Arrived in a cardboard USPS mailing box and the outside of the box felt slightly damp. Inside the box was the wig in a plastic bag. No hair net over the wig. I shook out the wig per instructions and placed on my head. Way too much hair on top of this wig. Looked nothing like the pictures in the videos. No layering through the top and the hair felt rough and greasy. I tried to finger style and a greasy residue was left on my hands. The color was pretty which is the only positive I can give. Also, the Velcro adjustment tabs inside the wig looked like this wig was tried on many times or worn and returned. I was very shocked at the poor quality of this wig and am returning immediately.
