I agree with all the reviews below I agree with all the reviews below. Absolute scam of a company. It's 2 years later and they keep harassing me. I've asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me, and I've told them multiple times that I'll be leaving a bad review every time they try. This is the third one. Horrible, terrible, scam, will try to get more and more money from you, making up stuff just to get you to pay. If they continue I may file a suit against them.

I was called by a guy name Logan and Jason and was told that someone in California was trying to still my logo and that they could help me trademark my logo internationally. I gave in and gave them money but then after that they started pushing for money again I realized that the company was scam.

SCAM! Stay Away Where to even start... Please heed the true reviews calling this operation out for the scam that it is. This has bee a nightmare from the beginning and I should have had a clue with the uninspired logo designs proposed and the complete inability to follow instructions or propose designs that made sense. Once there was a concept I couldn't figure out why they pushed so hard for me to talk to their "legal team" until I was informed that I "HAD" to copyright the design...therein lies the scam. When ordering the design "package" from their website you need to scroll down the list to see that copywriting the design is required. Upon final design approval they wanted to charge $389 to register the copyright, even thought the US Copyright Office only charges $65 for this filing. Following that however they then insisted on a payment for "final filing" of $399 for 3 years and up to $1,299 for "lifetime". Nowhere on the US Copyright Office web page is there such a fee schedule. When I requested documentation of the initial filing they even went as far as to send a forged Copyright application...a quick search of the US Copyright office database indicated no such filing was ever made.

The company is a scam The company is a scam; I have reported it to the Federal Trade Commission. I read other reviews, and they have the game figured out and have done it to other people. They have multiple names: Premier Logo Designs, Creative Designs Agency, Amazon Logo Designs, and Alternative New York. They are all from India but adopt American names. I paid them for several services, including a pre-paid one-year web maintenance, but the poor guys cannot even update the plugins for the web page. This is how they work: • Offer a low price, asking you to pay at front to save money. • Start the project but never finish it, and ask for more money to fix the problem. • They offered other services, promising to work on the previous issue. • Once confronted, they promise they will work on the issue • When asking for the money back, they promise to do it later • Later arrives, and they terminate communication With all the money paid, they will not answer the phone, respond to emails or texts, and block me from the chat on their webpage.

Don't do it. You will never get rid of them. I tell them every time they call i will write a bad review if they call again. Well here we go. Considering calling the police because of the harassment.
