If you cancel after hour one, you will be hit with a 40% charge. However, good lucking getting your money back. Still waiting on mine.

You can give them your general ideas, goals, writing style and they will take it from there. I've gotten some great results working from them. With their help I'm able to manage my time much better, instead of spending all day write one article. I highly recommend them!
