Avoid Avoid. Not based in Los Angeles. Google the address - it is a FedEx shop with a P.O. Box. Writing quality is less than high school level. Calls appear to be based offshore. If you cancel after hour one, you will be hit with a 40% charge. However, good lucking getting your money back. Still waiting on mine.

Its been 2 years and they wrote one chapter with spelling and punctuation problems and then after asking them to fix it stopped returning my calls. I have been chasing up a refund for over 2 years.

You can give them your general ideas, goals, writing style and they will take it from there. I've gotten some great results working from them.
