If you cancel after hour one, you will be hit with a 40% charge. However, good lucking getting your money back. Still waiting on mine.

worst company seriously if your looking… worst company seriously if your looking at writing a book go elsewhere. Its been 2 years and they wrote one chapter with spelling and punctuation problems and then after asking them to fix it stopped returning my calls. I have been chasing up a refund for over 2 years.
