I echo every negative review I just… I echo every negative review I just read!!! It's been 10 months - I have been told the same thing "offers are coming on Friday, check your email, we have a convention coming up, turn around time is 60-90 days guaranteed..." I got scammed out of $1400. Stupid me!

I don't even want to give a rating I don't even want to give a rating. There people are scammers. They will not sell you time share. Don't trust them. You will lose your money. I am working on someone in the state of Florida to retrieving ally funds back

You will not get paid! We signed with them in July 2021 the person we spoke to guaranteed an offer within 3 months and will see a return on what we paid them plus more, but being guaranteed an offer on our rental does not mean we will RECEIVE payments because each offer we have received has “not gone through “ and with their sincere apology they just put us back on their list and the cycle continues. VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY has our money and God knows how many other people money whether or not they rent out your property. I am mad at myself for not reviewing this company right after I sign up because I found a lot of reviews with the same issues. Another lie we were told was that we could cancel and get a refund if we don’t receive payment from them of course that was not the case. I hope someone finds my review and it’s not too late please DO NOT TRUST VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY, do not give them your money!!!

Fraudulent Company They do not do as they say. They take your money and do not rent out your property. They will not refund your money, just continue to say they will get you your money through rentals. They have had my money for over a year. Shame on me for being scammed.

They are liars! They are liars!! I was offered to get paid in 60 to 90 days and it's been over 6 months and nothing. They have sent 2 offers and they haven't gone through. They told me it was guaranteed because they had a lot of offers after the pandemic. I call every week and the same woman answers the phone and repeats the same thing every week. Some needs to do something to close this company and stop scamming people.
