I would give 0 stars if I could I would give 0 stars if I could . I ordered 2 of these to be set up in Oct . They took my 1st payment . I stopped the rest of the payments because no one would return phone calls nor emails . No one could tell me where my signs were . I just kept driving to the stores 1/2 hour to one hour to another . Fast forward to March . Still no signs. I had just went to one of the stores I knew they were not there . I reported them to bbb . Then all of a sudden I get photos of these signs being in the stores . Only thing is they had to be photo shopped because they had Xmas donation boxes by them . In March ? So now months later finally have one sign up . And I’m getting email about paying the full balance ? Excuse me I already paid for a month and the only 1 sign up for not even a month . This company is a scam ! Horrible! Don’t fall for it .

I called to place on order for product that was in stock and once the order was placed and paid for was notified about a delay. it has been 2 months and still no product and cannot get a response from the company. I cant figure out if the company is a scam or just poor customer service.

Still waiting... I placed an order in the beginning of May for two free-standing touchless hand sanitizer dispensers and cartridge refills. The refills came in about 5 weeks (acceptable given the timing with Covid outbreak). But the units came in pieces at a time. I had to email each time an incomplete shipment was received asking for the rest of the order. First the shell, then the motor, now I’m waiting on the poles and bases. It’s been 3 months. It’s not a production issue - the manufacturing date is on the box. These shells were made 8/12/2015.

Great surface and hand sanitizing wipes! We have started to purchase Tazza alcohol-based hand/surface cleaning wipes a few months ago, and all our family liked it. Those days we use widely for disinfecting kitchen surfaces, wiping grocery, and use it as hands sanitizing. wipes smell very good, they come out of the package very moist. I would recommend those to families for daily usage! Since we started to use those wipes we already re-ordered them a few times. The shipment process and delivery are reliable and fast.

No wait chat and all answers immediate. Some items have been unavailable caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and one is alcohol wipes. I literally have spent days looking for a supply, which normally includes long wait time for talking to a representative of a chat. I normally keep something on hand to pass the wait time, often a newspaper. When I clicked on "chat" at Terraboost, I reached for the paper, but the chat became active before I could even pick up the paper. I had three questions, and each was answered immediately, rather than for someone to look at a catalogue or ask someone else. I was not accustomed to that kind of service, and it was greatly appreciated.
