USMY LAB WILL GROW WITHOUT GROWINGLABS.COM LIKE ANOTHER REVIEW COMPLAINING ABOUT A HIGH RESTOCKING FEE, I HAD TO PAY $850 TO RETURN A $2800 PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. IT WAS RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. AND I HAD TO PAY THE $56 RETURN SHIPPING. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND ME ANYTHING UNTIL I PUT UP A FUSS. AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER, I WOULD NEVER DREAM OF RIPPING OFF A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER. FORTUNATELY, THERE ARE OTHER LAB SUPPLIERS ONLINE.

USBeware if returning of HIGH COST restocking fee! I work for a university in the art department. We order thousands of dollars in supplies and this was my first time purchasing from Growinglabs. Ordered a small 2 inch impeller. Did not fit our slurry machine. I paid to return it (never opened and returned in the original packaging) and they charged a $25 restocking fee. That's $25 to open a package and return it to the shelf! Hard labor. Never had to pay a restocking fee that high! Thanks but I will be shopping at other places from now on.

GBReally disappointing, bad service. Really disappointing, bad service service. As a UK based company, we need to ensure we are GDPR compliant, and there is nothing on the website about this and no straight answer from the team as to whether we can use data. Told that they were removing all UK data from system but no clear answer or responses as to whether we could use data we'd already extracted. No replies to emails. When we did send a campaign out to the data, most of it hard-bounced. DO NOT USE!
