None of these women have either used, nor purchased an e-litchi product. One of my pictures was also stolen as well as my friends. The pictures are NOT pictures of their products. They are lying, so buyer beware that the product shown in the pictures of these women are not e-litchi products.

GBA big patch of hair feel out of the mono top A big patch of hair feel out of the mono portion of a topper when my hairdresser was putting in dark roots. I had never worn, washed, or combed it before she worked on it. She did the exact same process on 5 other toppers and none of them shed hair. Customer service refused to exchange or refund.

GBPoor Construction and Bad Return Policy I purchased a hair topper for a client from this company. The topper came quickly and was packaged nicely. The hair quality was very good. The product did not work. The base was stiff. When I attempted to clip the piece to the front hairline it popped away from the head. You could see the edge of the base. When I attempted to return it, they were responsive. They offered to let me keep it for a 20% refund. I probably shouldâve excepted that because in the end they charge a 15% restocking fee ($12.55) + $18 shipping + my cost to ship it back ($15). Donât waste your time or money.
