About Pinyonpine farmstead

We do things differently; horses are not made in factories by robots and not every horse suits every person. They are unique and we believe the key is in making a good horse-client match. This requires considerable fact-finding by us. We fully trial and test each horse before offering it for sale; horses with vices, lack of ability, behavioral or health issues are never an option with us

This place is a scam This place is a scam. Wish would of read the other 1 star reviews. Exactly what happened to me. They got my money and I drove up there. The house exists but no ranch and no horses. The videos are a sham. The same horse is now listed in AZ. That is a fraud as well

Buyer beware... We had engaged in the process of purchasing a horse from Pinyonpine Farmstead. We live in Arizona and their facility is located in Utah. We had setup an appointment to come see one of their horses on 9-2-23. To be able to book an appointment you needed to pay a deposit of 15% to book and this would guarantee the horse was available when you arrived (see statement from their website below). "VISITATION Due to our busy schedule with all of the horses as well as a lot of people that want to come “try” a few horses, we no longer schedule appointments without a 15% deposit on the horse you’re coming to try. Which will also guarantee you meet the horse on getting here. And Of course it can always be transferred to a different horse if you come and fall in love with someone else! It is also refundable in the unlikely event the horse you chose does not suit you." I received a message from them the day before we were to leave that someone had stopped by their ranch and wanted to purchase the horse, we had placed the deposit on, and we would need to pay them a 50% deposit to hold the horse after we had already given them the required 15%. I told them I would not do that as we had already given them the 15% to hold the horse they had asked for. So, they sold the horse off under us even though we had given them a deposit to hold it. They said our deposit money would be refunded right away and we have yet to get that back.
