$300 down the drain $300 down the drain. First, it took OVER a month to arrive. The company states it sould take about 12 days. So i couldn't wear it to the event i needed for. Second, this is the most expensive wig ive ever bought.. and its the worst quality. It arrived with hairs coming out and down through the lace, which tells me it will shed and be balding in weeks. I wish I paid attention to their website a little more. All the wigs have 5 stars.. but no one can actually leave a review. Terrible. I don't understand how the owner can sleep at night.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered the bundle deal that is 3 wigs for $59 in March. It took a while to get them and when I opened the package I totally disappointed, none of the wigs look ANYTHING like it looks in the picture. They are poor quality and look soooooo fake. The worst produce ever purchased!!! The worst produce ever purchased!!! Product took 2 1/2 months to arrive. Product quality below subpar. Wigs were dried out, bushy, and falling apart. Nothing like advertsed. Customer service emailed stating "they will only refund half the money because it wasn't their fault product came internationally." This company needs to take ownership for false advertising as well as poor customer service. Still waiting on my refund.

Haven't received money yet but it has only been recent. Dont know who you talked to if you tried getting a refund but Ms Lin is a FRAUD Tried to play me by saying if I send everything back they would refund my shipping expenses and my money! NOT!!! My name is not STUPID! Then tried to give me 20% of what I paid - REALLY??? FRAUD ALL THE WAY!!
