I appreciate the staff Very nice staff…..treated me with respect and very helpful to all my needs….I appreciate guardian for keeping my stored items safe. I didn’t lock my storage properly and I was notified immediately through email and a phone call….they actually check your storage to make sure it’s locked. Customer service excellent! Customer service was very good. She was very friendly and efficient and took care of everything for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I did have a little trouble finding the storage unit due to the placement of the number. However, the unit was nice and clean. Overall very pleased.

Great Customer Service The property manager, George was very helpful, kind and made the entire experience easy. My initial email inquiring if a unit was available was answered very quickly. Other places I emailed I still haven't heard back. I'm very happy with the customer service and feel at ease knowing my belongings are safe and secure at this facility.
