Booking on line is so easy, I get reasonable quotes quickly, and the from their staff is by far the best I've experienced dealing with any logistics companies. I will continue using them for all of my transportation needs.

The rates their system provides is usually close to half what the carriers would quote me directly. Their chat feature is a faster response time than almost any other I’ve dealt with - it doesn’t feel like they’re fielding 5 other clients at the same time. Will continue to use

Wished I found them sooner! Everyone I have had to communicate with in this company has been great, very responsive and super helpful. Shipping is so easy now, I am not spending hours getting quotes through different companies, I call it my "1 truckstop shop" The claims process is much easier than going through shippers directly, as well payment and booking for transport is a breeze! And if there is something on hold or pending, they will reach out to you to make sure it isn't forgotten about. So happy I found freightera, wished I knew about them much sooner!
