The tracking is a crap show The tracking is a crap show . Mc was handed off to some subcontractor aperntly and zero communication occurs . The bike showed up at delivery destination with me knowing anything about it . I get a email says it was delivered . When I was told I would get a heads up . Nothing Do not recommend would never use mc shipping again

Every other site I’ve visited is not… Every other site I’ve visited is not directed to Motorcycles. Advertises yes but in selection just shows auto. Site was so easy to use . Would have liked screen confirmation after I gave card and info if transaction not just on email . But overall good site will be waiting for bike for final review .

Easy process. No damage. Will use again. It all went extremely smoothly. I had a dirtbike shipped form Idaho to North Carolina for ~$850. I did not have any specific time constraints, so I was fine with the range of possible delivery dates that Motorcycle Shippers provided. I was pleased that they were able to pick up within a few days of placing my order, which was the early side of their pick-up estimate. Delivery occurred about 2 weeks later. I checked the tracking updates every other day. I received a call from the final delivery team to schedule the delivery day, then they also called 30minutes prior to delivery. Pick-up and delivery vehicles were large box trucks. No damage to bike. I had removed all luggage except some softbags that are bolted to the subframe. I removed all items from softbags.

Knowledgeable, reasonable, & customer oriented Your prices were inline with other quotes. However, you knew what the machine was, what was required to get it where it needs to go, plus the customer service was far better than anything else I experienced.
