There were 2 challenges There were 2 challenges; one was editing the shopping list. Each time I made a change, I had to re-enter all personal info, which was frustrating. The second was that the food arrived a little late (after we arrived) and we therefore had to put the groceries away ourselves. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

I was so pleased with our experience… I was so pleased with our experience with RoomBox! The ordering process was easy with lots of choices. The order was delivered on time right before my arrival at the hotel. They texted me to alert me about the arrival. Saved me precious vacation time not having to go to the grocery store. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Prefer Instacart I made a mistake on order and was unable to correct it, even with an email to customer service. I much prefer instacarts flexibility and communication, and ability to change cart after order has gone through.
