BEPaid for extra and didn't get it I paid for extra bubble wrap and got charged for it. They simply didn't do it at all. Because of this, the package arrived broken. I informed them about this fact and that I paid for the extra bubble wrap and didn't get it, and they sent me an automated reply asking for a ridiculous amount of information, including "A letter from a certified technician on their company letterhead, stamped, dated by the company verifying that the product is non-functional, non-repairable. If repairable, the technician must provide an estimate of labor and itemized list and cost of parts". Nothing more was said, no apologies for the missing bubble wrap (that would have prevented the package from being broken!), no refund for the extra I paid for and didn't get/

ILValue for money is not as good as ot was.. I used to use them a lot in the past, however over time, the value eroded as prices went higher and higher.. i have a minimum of nearly 30usd to get a package shipped. I just paid 30$ to ship a plastic handle for a mailbox. Shipping an entirely new mailbox via amazon would have cost 20$. Their service has always been good, value for money, not so much any more (ymmv).
