Frustrating experience Edited to add: Reship has reached out to me via email and is working to get my situation corrected so that I still receive my package. They are having it sent back to their warehouse so they can resend it with the proper paperwork and I am EXTREMELY grateful! Will edit this review again once I do receive my package. I contacted reship before I had my package shipped to them as I wanted to be sure it could legally be shipped to me in Canada. I was ordering a gallon of epoxy resin as I run a small business making resin dog tags. Reship told me there would be no issues with my shipment, so I proceeded and had my resin shipped to them. I paid the $98 canadian shipping fee and am now being told that my package cannot be delivered to be as it contains dangerous goods. Reship has disconnected or blocked their phone number from me and will not respond to any emails I have sent. After looking at the google reviews and seeing a rating of 2.1 with countless reviews stating others had been scammed, I'm pretty certain at this point that's exactly what's happened to me.

Five stars for economy and reliability I used Reship's newest budget service to get a parcel from the USA to the UK. For a very reasonable price, I received tracking information, a reliable service and delivery within the specified time frame. I highly recommend the Economy option to other customers for non-urgent mail-forwarding to Europe.

Fast customer service and parcel redirection. Customer enquiries by email are answered within the hour. You can also phone them. Pricing is reasonable with a choice of carriers to Australia but the $AU to $US exchange rate pushes up the price a lot. That's not Reships fault. Great thing is they accept Paypal as payment and Paypal offers most of their account holders to split the payment into four fortnightly payments which helps. Paypal's exchange rate conversion is slightly better than most major wire transfers and banks. Optional insurance covering loss or damage in transit USA to AU is a very reasonable 3% of the goods purchase price. Parcel was turned around within 24 hours after arriving at Portland. Overall the total $US Reship price was slightly less than the seller offered for the same item to be shipped U.S to AU by them 8 1/2 years ago. A service they no longer offer hence my need to use Reship.

Phenomenal service Phenomenal service. My package arrived at Reship one one evening. The following morning I paid to have it shipped to me and ReShip had it in the mail the same day that afternoon. Very impressed with how these guys handle packages. Also the shipping options available to Canada were much better this time. It arrived the next day from Portland, OR to Calgary, AB.

ReShip is a great service that opens up… ReShip is a great service that opens up shopping for styles and sizes in the UK that I otherwise could not buy in the USA. I use ReShip for shoe shopping about 4 times per year.
