GBGood SO Far. As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)

GBHorrible customer service I sent an email a week ago about an issue, but it hasn't been resolved. I requested a callback, but I haven't received one after three hours. I've been on hold for 52 minutes and counting, and no one has picked up the phone yet.

GBDefinitely could be better Load board seems to have minor glitches quite often. To many loads with incomplete information, seems to be a lot of scam brokers and double brokers. The same load is posted with multiple city pickup and drop-off locations. Brokers should not be allowed to post loads with no specifications.

GBCome prepared and ready to take notes. I truly enjoyed the training. The instructor was very clear and specific. He came prepared and allowed adequate Q&A's. I also liked that he recorded the training and emailed it to us for later review. I would recommend these trainings for everyone to take.
