GBShawn Rasmor attempting to sign into our account We are trying to get some answers on why Principal Product Manager Shawn Rasmor is trying to sign into our personal carrier account on RMIS. No one should be attempting to sign into our personal account from truckstop.com unless they are doing something deceptive. We have the email showing Shawn Rasmor (shawnrasmor@truckstop) tried to log into our account. It gave us a verification code and all from his attempt. This needs to be explained cause it shows us deceptive actions from Truckstop employees in high positions. I have also reached out to numerous avenues so someone can reach back out to us. Heritage Express Inc is our company and we have the email to show who needs to handle this.

GBGood SO Far. As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)

GBCome prepared and ready to take notes. I truly enjoyed the training. The instructor was very clear and specific. He came prepared and allowed adequate Q&A's. I also liked that he recorded the training and emailed it to us for later review. I would recommend these trainings for everyone to take.
