GBCome prepared and ready to take notes. I truly enjoyed the training. The instructor was very clear and specific. He came prepared and allowed adequate Q&A's. I also liked that he recorded the training and emailed it to us for later review. I would recommend these trainings for everyone to take.

GBTheir customer service is the worse of… Their customer service is the worse of the worst we were trying to get set up via rmis with a broker and we are having so many issues it is a shame at the end we lost the load due to long delays for them to answer the phone..brokers should stay away from these people we tried over and over again to register and we weren't successful it was showing errors errors and nothing but errors at the end...horrible experience

GBGood SO Far. As of right now, I'm still having trouble figuring out ITS dispatch but, i'm super familiar with the loadboard and rate insights, etc. I really like the software so far. It's proving to be pretty easy! :)
