The driver was friendly and I could see he really cared about the cargo he was carrying. After many a bad experiences with other auto shipping company's ( damages and broken promises ) I would highly recommend and only do business with Transport Luxury Auto!

Excellent experience Excellent experience. 1st time I ever shipped a car. Customer service was great from everyone. Shane promptly responded every time I called and even though there was a hiccup with the original driver Shane promptly recovered and found another driver. Bill was my driver and he was very professional and provided great customer service. My vette was delivered as promised even arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected in the same condition as picked up. If I ever need to ship a car again I will not hesitate to call Shane again.

I purchased a car on a quick notice and … I purchased a car on a quick notice and needed it shipped from Illinois to South Carolina. Started calling around and got a few quotes but everyone was a few days out to be able and transport and I really wanted the car as soon as possible. After speaking with Shane Zlotnick at 5:30pm on a Friday he was able to get the car to me on Saturday .Had figured it would be a week or so after speaking with the other transport companies and he got me the car within 36hrs on a short notice.

Would use Transport Auto Luxury Inc Again in a heartbeat!! Worked with account exec Alex Bernson last summer and again earlier this month (Aug 2018). Shipped our MDX to Seattle last summer and a Ford F-150 from Minneapolis to Tacoma WA via truck and on to Fairbanks AK via ferry and then truck. The latter was especially tricky. We had zero problems both summers. Bernson was on top of things more than less from start to finish and is very effective: helpful, pragmatic, no BS, and not defensive. Great to work with!
