Happy :) Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. The facility was also set up well for covid control and cleanliness, making things quick and simple. Plus, they have music in the storage buildings which is a fun touch. Thx guys!

Safe, Clean and Well Maintained Buildings / Units. Great Customer Service and Staff! I’ve been with this storage for over 5 yrs. and appreciate the staff Chris, Todd and Monica. They always took care of my storage needs throughout the years when renting a one or two units space. Times can be unexpected and we go through life’s transitions and the staff comply with wearing a mask and safe social distancing. I have trusted this storage for many years because of the great care that the staff puts into taking care of their customers. Caring staff, very clean units, great location and overall a safe and well maintained buildings. Whenever your in the area, please stop by and greet the staff! They will go over available units to customize your needs!

Absolutely professional. I have been storing at Encinitas Self… I have been storing at Encinitas Self Storage since 2001 and needed another storage unit. Karina was the consummate professional, and she made it so easy. In this crazy time we’re living in, an easy transaction is a much-valued luxury! I’ll continue to be a happy customer.

The space is great and very fairly… The space is great and very fairly priced, the staff super...informative, detailed, helpful, and on top of any concerns. I looked around at several storage facilities near our new house for personal items, having relocated to San Diego and downsized from where we lived previously. Simply based on the website, San Diego Self Storage looked to be the best. Upon visiting the site and meeting with Sarah, we signed up immediately. I'm very happy with my storage space, the access, and, as stated, the price. I will soon need some additional space for business inventory and am certain to rent space at this same location in Eastlake.

Silverhawk Storage is the best!!! Silverhawk Storage is my favorite storage because their facility is very clean and well maintained. But most importantly, their storage pricing is way better than other storage I’ve looked at in the area and Vanessa was super courteous and friendly. She did a great job helping me and securing my business. I am glad I found them and got a great deal with my storage needs.
