GBHorrible Experience If you are okay with extremely poor communication and Tempus not actually knowing where your shipment is, you should use Tempus. We found out our car was picked up from the dealer 18 hours before Tempus did. Tempus told us it would be delivered on a Thursday afternoon. Thursday evening we reached out and Tempus had no idea where our car was. The system that is supposed to track the shipment doesn’t really work so we had no idea if our shipment was going to arrive. For example our car was coming from Minnesota to Pa and at one point it said it was in GA. It was planned to be en route for 36 hours but ended up being a 3 day experience. We understand delays happen but not without proactive communication. Horrible experience.
