Would recommend Would recommend. Easy to book and arrange service, great communication from George over WhatsApp. Only recommendation I had was for movers to bring shoe covers. We had just had carpets cleaned so didn’t want them walking on carpet with shoes. They took their shoes off when inside which was an inconvenience for them. Other than that, was great easy service to use at good price.

Professional, polite and made my move so simple. The guys turned up on time and were so quick to load the van, still taking care of every item. A four hour trip later to Cornwall from Surrey and they were quick to unload ensuring every box went to the right room. They made my move so less stressful than I had expected and were friendly, polite and professional throughout. Definitely worth 5*!

Cheap but dreadful customer service Cheap but dreadful customer service. They broke our Crystal mirror tv unit but we didn’t notice till after the driver left as they covered it up with a box. The driver admitted the accident but then the Gmoves through everything they could at us not to compensate or replace it and got quite aggressive towards us through WhatsApp. Now going through Courts to resolve. Not needed after such a stressful time already which comes with moving.

Sheffield to Harrow + storage We were moving from Sheffield, as well as downsizing into a 1 bed flat in London. G moves arrived an hr. early ( I realised that the guys had been travelling since 0430). They packed our kitchen, loaded all the furniture that needed to go into storage at the back of the van. Unloaded at Harrow flat, then loaded more furniture into the van from the flat and then went on to storage. Started at 8am, after a 3 hr transit back, done by 6pm (storage was time critical due to closing hours). No damages. They organised themselves well, took appropriate breaks and were pleasent throughout the hard work. George was easy to deal with and quick to respond on a Saturday.
