They have been very responsive on the set-up phase which is highly appreciated and very helpful in being able to setup the fulfillment flow smoothly. They have been very proactive on order concerns and raising them right away to our team. They also keep the communication open and is always open to suggestions and feedbacks on how we wanted to do things from our end. They are flexible and easy to work with.

Very reliable service I've had super bad experiences with sourcing and fulfillment centers in the past but I can happily say this is the BEST 3PL EVER!
