Standard unrealistic low ball offer tactic Low quote, agent (Robert Austin) could not deliver. Standard business practice for budget auto shippers. Original quote was $845, ended up paying $1350. Robert called me a few times during transport, but had information that was out of date. Had to call carrier directly to get correct info. I have GPS tracking on my vehicle so I knew where it was anyways. Was badgered a few times to leave this review. Doesn't affect the rating and facts above; just a little annoying.

worst company to work with worst company to work with, they are there to just steal your money. They gave me estimate for $800, they ask me to pay $175 so they can start work on my order. Agent Nick Rose talk and chat so many times - showing how dedicated they are. when times comes for pick up they told now estimate changed and I have to pay $2000. When I told I don't want to deal and cancel - so look forward for refund. Now they are saying there is cancellation fee of $200 - total scam company never ever deal with them.
