Great experience! I was extremely nervous about the whole shipping a car across the country idea. I didnt know who to use, I got so many responses to my inquiry I took a flier on transportsaver.com and Thomas who helped me. Never talked on the phone, only text, which was super convenient but made me concerned if this was actually legit. Throughout the process Thomas was quick to respond, professional and made the pickup happen in literally 2 hours. I thought it was too go to be true and waited for it to go wrong, or price to change etc. That never happened. The car showed up fast. Driver was excellent, I could not he happier!!

Last minute provider does a great job! I had a last minute need to get a non-running vehicle moved across the state. TransportSaver quickly provided a fair quote and their driver showed up on time, got the car loaded, and delivered within a few hours of his estimate. The driver communicated well enroute regarding delays and when he arrived he had our vehicle unloaded in no time and placed exactly where I needed it to be. I'll certainly use this company again the next time I need a vehicle hauled.

Dissatisfied If you have never used a transport booker before do your research. Be sure and visit their website before signing a contract. Also make sure you give yourself plenty of time so you are not under duress while trying to arrange for transport. Be aware the booker charges a fee that is not part of the actual towing fee. Also be aware that the towing charge is dictated by the actual carrier, not the booking company so you may end up paying a lot more than what you were quoted. As far as service, this company is probably as good as any other booker. Just remember, “buyer beware.”
