Good quality, questionable communication Overall, we are happy with the quality. There are some dings, dents, and rust spots, but the container seems air/water tight. The issue we had was with delivery. For some unknown reason, they decided to choose a delivery option that used a 40' trailer for a 20' container. This was after it was communicated with Boxhub that the drop off location could only accommodate a 20' trailer. The delivery guy was great, he did the best he could, but we must now move the container over 50 feet to the location we specified.

I had a scheduled delivery, it didn't happen due to trucks broken down 3 times, I called, and the folks were helpful and got my containers delivered after the fourth time, the drivers are nice and helpful, the salesmen are always helpful as well, sometimes you can't be perfect, but your team did great at customer service, Thank you

A fine experience To start with I checked several places before I settled on Boxhub. They were honest, friendly and what they told me is what I got. My biggest fear was when the connex would arrive it would look it had been used on a bombing and gunnery range by the military. Sure they were a few minor scratches and dents, but all in all it was in fine shape. It was delivered when they said and the price was also very fair. I do not think I could have found a better company. Thanks
