Professional and great communication Within a few minutes of placing my order online, I received a call to verify my shipping info. The representative was very friendly and easy to work with. Clear and accurate information was given to me via email from the time the order was placed until the driver called to inform me he was on the way. When the driver arrived, he was very professional and nice person to talk to. He made sure I was happy with placement of the container before he left. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a shipping container.

I had a scheduled delivery, it didn't happen due to trucks broken down 3 times, I called, and the folks were helpful and got my containers delivered after the fourth time, the drivers are nice and helpful, the salesmen are always helpful as well, sometimes you can't be perfect, but your team did great at customer service, Thank you

Alex did everything he said he would… Alex did everything he said he would do. The driver was very professional and did a great job. There are a few minor things to deal with, but Alex said they have a great support staff. We are very satisfied with Boxhub.
