Boat Transport My boat was shipped through United Freeway Transportation by a wonderful and helpful guy named Mike. The employee that arranged my transport was Adele who is wonderful and kept in contact with me from start to finish. I appreciate all the help Adele gave to me by providing safe transport at a reasonable price through a very kind and conscientious tow worker. I would use this company again for any other transports I may need. Thanks Adele!

SCAMMERS!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! scheduled for a car to be picked up and delivered 3 weeks in advance of needing it done. Communication was great initially. Promised me the pickup date and an approx time, told me it would be $500 and we signed a contract. 2 days before the scheduled pickup, I called and they still did not have a driver. Night before, still no driver. Mid day the day of scheduled pick up they found a driver but it would be $900 instead of the $500 we agreed to and have a signed contract for. I told them it was not my fault the driver wanted more money; we had an agreement and I turned down other companies with similar estimates to work with them. I refused to pay more, and they stopped communicating. They left me scrambling trying to find someone last minute to ship a car I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance. This company is a scam. They do not have their own drivers, they are a broker so you may or may not get your vehicle picked up when they agree to and if you do, be prepared to pay double what they quote you. SCAMMERS!!!

The BEST in the business! Rick was absolutely amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was picked up and shipped within the short timeframe I needed it done. Every other company I dealt with made empty promises repeatedly and were (in my opinion) deceptive in their business practices. Rick and United Freeway Transportation have me as a repeated customer and I will refer them to anyone I know who has transportation service needs.

Efficient Service Vehicle was picked up a day early and delivered 2 days earlier than expected. Company should consider streamlining method of payment to driver. It was a bit awkward needing too pay in cash.
