It's frustrating to encounter bait-and-switch tactics in shipping, but it's unfortunately common in the industry. GBGary Allan was very professional and… Gary Allan was very professional and understanding. I can't say the same for the driver, he was rude, he yelled at me and my 14 years old brother. My car was supposed to be deliver in 4 days but it took longer and I was very patient. Overall Gary had great customer service skills.
